What you can do to ensure smooth service:
Please make sure all pets and kids stay indoors during the service, and for two hours after our technicians have left the site.
Please make sure all doors and windows are securely shut and locked to prevent water ingress.
Please use your breaker to shut off power from all exterior lighting fixtures and outlets. Keep the breaker off for 24 hours after our technicians have left the site.
Please remove flags, vehicles, patio furniture and cushions, and doormats from outdoor areas to ensure no damage occurs from our house washing solution.
If you did not purchase screen cleaning, please remove your screens so that the technician can properly clean your windows and window sills.
What you can expect from us:
Your tech will arrive on site, on time, with a marked vehicle and in uniform. Our techs drive vehicles with our company logo on the side and will introduce themselves in uniform before they begin service so everyone is on the same page.
The tech will perform a walk around before they begin cleaning and document any pre existing property damage or problem areas before service begins.
The tech will perform service using our specialized systems and service methods, bringing your property back to life, and protecting your property and and plants
The tech will let you know when service is complete and perform a walk around at your request to ensure your satisfaction.
